Karen has successfully run multiple direct sales businesses since 1974, thanks to her entrepreneurial spirit. Her primary focus has been on her home decorating service, where she has honed her ability to visualize beautiful home spaces. Karen draws inspiration from her late husband, a highly accomplished home builder, whose knowledge and expertise have greatly influenced her ability to envision and execute remodeling projects. In addition, Karen's true passion is empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.

Barb

Barb, a lifelong resident of West Des Moines, has extensive experience working with personal clients to decorate homes and provide assistance in new construction projects. She takes great pleasure in helping homeowners bring their vision to life, particularly in creating stunning kitchens and baths. Barb's commitment to customer service and meticulous attention to detail ensures a satisfying and personalized experience for every client.

Dick

Dick's passion for the industry began early as the only student at Valley High School (Class of '64) to complete all four years of shop class! While spending over 40 years in the insurance business, Dick has cultivated a lifelong love for woodworking and has assisted with many construction projects. Dick has remodeled numerous houses as investments and has personally built several homes. Currently, Dick oversees our shop operations, bringing his expertise in building and creative problem-solving to the team.

Todd

With 30 years of experience as a real estate investor and entrepreneur, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. With a background in finance and business administration, Todd has been a valuable partner and investor in numerous successful business startups within the real estate industry. Todd's passion for marketing and business development, coupled with his expertise in project management and analytics, allows him to effectively visualize the potential within an organization. It was his love of real estate and interest in design that attracted him to the kitchen and bath industry. 

Kirk

Kirk's multidisciplinary design degree and extensive 25-year experience in graphic design make him a valuable source of expertise. Alongside his wide-ranging knowledge of various computer software, he has spent over a decade as a real estate photographer, gaining valuable insights into effective home designs.
